MYCOLORTHEORY.COM

Color Theory blends 3D object design and the psychology of color with the vigor and beauty of live plants. Each product combines three complementary plant varieties. Seasonal varieties can be found at most Lowe’s Home Improvement Centers.

Cinema 4D and Octane Production Screen Samples

Every Color Theory Expression showcases a combination of three complementary live plant varieties, hand-selected to grow well together. To ensure these products stand out from other Lowe’s garden center plants, vivid color and repetition was the predominate visual approach. Since product launches do not coordinate with seasonal growing and the lack of imagery, I was worked in Cinema 4D, Octane and Photoshop to creating 3D-renderings of the planters. These renderings provide additional depth and movement to the designs, bringing the combinations to life in vivid color.

My role and responsibility was overall visual concept, design, and layout for all 2D and 3D pieces of the project. The project included building point of purchase advertising along with all digital assets for the website and other Lowe’s usage.
